NETWORK. LEARN. GROW —TOGETHER.
Where founders, family businesses, and professionals connect

About Us
Indian Entrepreneurs’ Collective (IEC) is a peer community for founders, startup leaders, family-business heirs, and entrepreneurial professionals. We curate learning, social, and hands-on workshops that help members grow in business and in life, within a culture of trust, respect, and zero discrimination.
How we operate: An Executive team runs the platform for a one-year term, supported by a Governing Council of past Chairs. Roles include Chair, Vice Chair, Finance, Learning, Membership, Communications/Secretary, and Execs who assist delivery. Programming spans educational sessions, social mixers, personal development, and workshops.

Our Mission
IEC welcome diverse experiences while ensuring every member feels among peers, sharing openly, learning continuously, and giving back to the community.
Our mission is to empower this community by dedicatedly fostering meaningful relationships and strategically providing the essential tools for Networking, Learning, and Growth. We believe that true growth isn’t just about individual effort, but about the collective strength derived from organized, productive collaborations and invaluable connections within a like-minded peer group.
